Jill Jones and Gail Garland, from Jillian's dress shop in Zainesville, Ohio, are all smiles after Phyllis Brasch Librach, president of Sydney's Closet at far right, announces their shop won the Prom Dress Giveaway at the August Atlanta Apparel Mart. Congratulations also to Dream Gowns in Panama City, Florida, another lucky winner of the Prom dress giveaway from Sydney's Closet Signature Collection for Prom 2011.
